Checked out but flying at night? Seoul's subway has lockers and staffed luggage counters, and some can send your bag to the airport.

T-Locker: self-service lockers5,557 lockers at 273 stations. 4 hours: small ₩2,200 (weekday) / ₩3,100 (weekend), up to large ₩4,400 / ₩6,100. Open 5 AM–midnight; no retrieval outside those hours.
T-Luggage: staffed countersCounters include Seoul Station (B1, exit 1), Hongik Univ. (B1, exits 3–4), Myeong-dong (B1, exits 9–10), Jamsil (B1, exits 3–4) and Gimpo Airport Station. 9 AM–10 PM; small bag from ₩3,000 for 4 hours (weekday), +₩1,000 per extra hour.

Big suitcase (27"+)? T-Luggage storage is from ₩9,000 weekday / ₩13,000 weekend for 4 hours.
Expired locker items may be kept up to a month, then donated or discarded.
