2. Sunday Dec 13: fly Songshan → GimpoAbout 2.5 hours, city airport to city airport. One subway stop from Gimpo is Gombaro Gomtang — mild beef soup with Han and Lee Know's signed notes on the wall (partner restaurant).
3. Day 1 in Seoul: the JYP sideLine 5 east to Dunchon-dong for a photo outside JYP Center, then the RACHA LOG tripe hot pot next door (open 24 hours).
4. Day 2: Myeongdong and COEX, all indoorsLotte Star Avenue in Myeongdong, then KTOWN4U at COEX for albums and the Haidilao from SKZ CODE ep.73 — a good plan if it's freezing.
5. Day 3: Lotte World and SeokchonThe SKZ CODE amusement park, then Lee Know, Han and Seungmin's pork soup and pudding café from RACHA LOG.
6. Staying longer?SBS Gayo Daejeon runs Dec 24–25 at KINTEX (lineup not announced yet). December in Seoul is around 4 °C by day and below freezing at night.
