Fan-run birthday cafés open in Seoul for a few days around each Stray Kids member's birthday. Here are all eight birthdays in calendar order, what's already announced for 2026, and when to start watching for the next one. We update this page as new cafés are confirmed.

- Bang Chan · October 3 (cafés Oct 1–5, 2026)The biggest week of the autumn: ten cafés in Seoul and Busan. Our Bang Chan guide lists them with addresses, stations and goodies.
- Lee Know · October 25 (cafés Oct 9–11 & Oct 23–25, 2026)Five Seoul cafés confirmed so far: a Lee Know × Han joint café in Yeonnam-dong, then four around his birthday weekend in Hongdae and Mangwon.
- I.N · February 8 (next: 2027)The first birthday of the new year. Cafés are usually announced two to four weeks ahead, so start checking in mid-January.
- Hyunjin · March 20 (next: 2027)Falls five days before the group's debut anniversary on March 25, so late March is a strong week for a STAY trip.
- Stray Kids debut anniversary · March 25Stray Kids debuted on March 25, 2018. Fan events and anniversary cafés often cluster around this date.
- Changbin · August 11Summer birthday — plan for heat and rain, and check café hours, which can change for the season.
- Han · September 14, Felix · September 15, Seungmin · September 22Three birthdays in nine days make mid-September the busiest birthday-café season of the year, with joint cafés common.
